Mr. Watts, an accomplished entrepreneur, established an advertising agency in 1997 and subsequently spearheaded ventures in consulting, real estate, and logistics. In addition, he founded a graphic and website design company and led a dedicated helpdesk team catering to automobile dealerships.
Through these diverse enterprises, Mr. Watts has acquired extensive proficiency in business development and management, encompassing financial administration, personnel recruitment, and executive client engagement.
With prior experience as a head basketball coach, Mr. Watts has honed his aptitude for swift and effective decision-making, as well as adeptly managing diverse personalities. In his capacity as CEO/President, he intends to leverage his background to anticipate change, harmonize long-term considerations with expedient course corrections, and effectively address intricate challenges through logical thinking and innovative problem-solving.
These attributes will aid him in making pivotal corporate determinations, overseeing operations and resources, and serving as the primary conduit for communicating the company's vision and strategy to stakeholders, investors, and customers.
Mr. Watts's responsibilities further encompass furnishing comprehensive guidance and leadership for the company, overseeing financial matters, supervising the actions of fellow executives and company personnel, and concentrating on the company's expansion and advancement.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University.
Mr. Farmer has over two decades of experience working with companies manufacturing medical mono-place and large multi-place hyperbaric chambers. He participated in the construction, delivery, and set-up. Mr. Farmer is a certified safety officer and trainer for hyperbaric technologists.
Richard is working directly with the engineers at Electroimpact, ABW Technologies, and FMS Engineering to ensure the RxAir360 meets the NFPA-99 and PVHO codes required for FDA approval.
As the VP of Infrastructure, his role is vital in leading our efforts to use these exceptional experiences to hire and train our installers and trainers who function in setting up all our medical devices at a physician’s office after the sale. Mr. Farmer will design and manage the service programs and create manuals for our medical devices.
Mr. Farmer will be in charge of the plans and designs and will direct all aspects of the logistics management function to control, deliver, and distribute our devices to the physician's offices.
Ms. Watts is a highly experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has over twenty years of combined experience in Federal Government, higher education, and general consulting. Her expertise lies in project management and governance, accounting systems implementation, financial management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process implementation and reviews. Additionally, she is well-versed in developing financial management policies and procedures, conducting financial statement and program audits, internal control reviews, strategic planning, benchmarking studies, business process reengineering, performance management, and cash reconciliation.
Natasha handles corporate taxes, project planning, SEC compliance, and other necessary state filings for RxAir360 Inc.
Tony L. Brown Sr. is originally from North Carolina. He graduated from Morgan State University in 1998 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He went on to work as an Engineer for six years with General Motors in Baltimore, Maryland followed by Giant Food Incorporated at the headquarters in Landover, Maryland. After being frustrated by the economic limitations for employees looking to build wealth and security within corporate America, he decided to enter the Financial Services industry in 2004. Mr. Brown was an instant success and has received numerous awards for production and leadership over the years for multiple Insurance and Financial Services firms.
Mr. Brown will be the Chief Sales Officer responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing sales strategies. He will drive sales through the following important tasks:
Analysis and recommendations; strategy and planning; hiring and retention; relationship building and collaboration; customer advocacy; leadership and supervision; and marketing management. He will ensure that our sales reps are properly motivated and equipped for success in selling the RxAir360 when clearance has been granted by the FDA.
Mr. Brown has been a member of many prestigious organizations for top financial professionals including MDRT (the premier association of financial professionals), The National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, The Million Dollar Round Table of Elite Financial Advisors, Heartland Institute of Financial Educators, The National Association of Certified Financial Fiduciaries, and The American Financial Education Alliance.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in working with fire departments, codes, safety, and compliance, Mr. Keith Burch is dedicated to ensuring that RxAir360 strictly adheres to all regulations established by NFPA 99, PVHO, and each municipality.
Mr. Kevin Dye has more than 25,000 hours of experience in treating patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He has collaborated with manufacturers in the past to install, test, maintain, and enhance the safety of a variety of clinical multiplace and monoplace hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
Despite initially planning to become a pilot, Kevin ended up owning a dive shop in 1994. As a master diver, he enjoys introducing people to the sport he loves. Using local pools, he teaches diving to students of all ages and backgrounds. Kevin also organizes dive trips to his favorite spots throughout the year.
National Geographic has requested to feature Kevin in an article about the three lakes of Kanab.
Dr. Cross was the chief surgeon of Cross Eye Centers, until he founded Laser Vision Center over a decade ago. Dr. Cross had his initial medical training in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) while engaging as a Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force. In the 1960’s he was selected for a five-year fellowship with Dr. Charles Kellman, the inventor of “Phaco Emulsification,” the technology that allows for modern extraction of cataracts to be effective and safer. Dr. Cross was part of the first group of surgeons to perform PRK, LASIK, Sand SCLERAL BAND, and the surgical procedure for Dry Eye.
In addition, he was the first ophthalmologist to utilize HBOT in Texas. Dr. Cross has over thirty (30) years of experience studying live patients for Hyperbaric Vision Restoration Therapy.
Dr. Cross directs the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board and will vet the addition of scientific advisors from the field of Orthopedics, Oncology, Podiatry, and other specialties.
Ms. Isham boasts over 30 years of experience in marketing, coaching, training, presenting, and team building. She has been highly sought after by several companies to be a part of their leadership network. Over the years, she has generated millions of dollars for numerous companies in the health and wellness industry. She has also raised funds for multiple entities through various campaign strategies such as clinics, churches, and youth organizations. Heather is a vital part of the company, keeping investors informed and answering any questions that arise. She is an extraordinary leader and motivator who keeps everyone excited.
Mr. Holden is an accomplished, seasoned professional with over thirty years of proven success in software product development. He enjoys interacting with C-Suite executives, regulatory agencies, vendors, clients, and staff. Mr. Holden is adept at project management and reporting, requirement analysis, and managing the SDLC process.
As the Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Holden will oversee all aspects of technology within RxAir360. He will lead the technological vision, strategies, and execution.
Additional capabilities include federal contract negotiations and product profitability tracking and analysis. Mr. Holden received his MBA at the University of Maryland and proudly served the United States as a Marine Corps Veteran.
